Zachary Landau

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Zachary Landau is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Mr. Landau also studied at the University of Humboldt Law School in Berlin, with a group of international law students in a selective program focusing on alternative dispute resolution. Prior to pursuing his legal education, Mr. Landau served as a High School and Middle School Literature and Writing teacher in Michigan and Hawaii, as well as a curriculum consultant for Federal Programs designed to enhance the educational welfare of At-Risk Youth.

Since his admission to the Michigan Bar, Mr. Landau has acquired extensive transactional, and litigation experience in state and federal courts, and in arbitration, in Michigan and New York. Mr. Landau has served as one of the principal litigation attorneys in over 20 cases, involving a range of complex legal issues and areas of law, including real estate, business disputes, compliance with healthcare regulations, and employment law. In each civil case Mr. Landau has litigated, he has achieved a favorable result for his client through creative and aggressive means.  Mr. Landau’s superb attention to detail and research capabilities, have made him a capable and sought after appellate attorney in multiple jurisdictions, in an assortment of complex legal areas.  Mr. Landau’s areas of primary focus are within the employment, real estate, general business and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Landau’s tenacious approach to passionate representation of each client is reflected in his recent adoption, and rescue, of his lovable pit bull Albert who was facing an uncertain future. Mr. Landau is a Senior Associate of The Landau Group, PC.
